NEW FOR SPRING 2021... Welcome to Podtastic@Nelson's

Nelson's Wharf is a family owned, 16 hectare, (40 acre), estate in the heart of England and it makes an excellent holiday base to visit the attractions of Warwickshire and Central England.

The land is a peaceful rural haven teaming with wildlife and flaura. Many rare species of butterfly can be found on the land along with wild orchids at the right time of year. (Nelson's Wharf and its sister company Willow Wren Training won a national award in 2018 for its with Butterfly Conservation work).

There are great local off-road walks for the family and particularly for our four-legged friends plus quiet cycle routes. The Grand Union Canal provides a particularly good cycle route to Leamington Spa and Warwick with very little road work needed.

The family have been operating an accommodation facility at Nelson's Wharf for their waterways training business, (Willow Wren Training), customers since 2018 but its success in creating this haven has led to the decision to share it with more people by building just three luxury "glamping" pods ready for use from spring 2021.

The camping pods are situated in a peaceful area at the eastern end of the estate and have views across open fields to the south and a lovely view of the Grand Union Canal a few metres to the north. There is a certain pleasure to just sitting back and watching the boats go past slowly, (4 mph speed-limit). Don't forget to wave, it is customary on the waterways.
